London Rhymes

An English summer
Bridging the evident gaps
Harmony is born

An eye for an eye
One was mine – one was London’s
By the holy Thames

A pretty skyline
Up, above the world so high
A miniscule me

Forgotten childhood
Reincarnates as dew drops
He finally talks!

You, me and our worlds
Coincide just for a while
Time Zones differ

Love gets dimension
As you sing the folk “challa
Water creates rhyme

My favorite is the Time Zone one .. and you managed to bring SRK even in a haiku didn't you !
As Rickie says, sees a few shows on Broadway. And Please please please see Lion King the Musical. You would love it !

Thanks Ruchira. You inspired me to write them down! London is lovely in a way that I really feel that there is a piece of India within London. May it be Southall or all SRK movies, there is India in London 🙂 I am really looking forward to Broadway, hopefully would get a chance soon!
