kuch ‘khushi’ ho jaaye…haina bhaiya…

“Aaj to tu badi khush lag rahi hai…” Bhaiya remarked… and wen i said aiwai khush hu…nothing in particular…”Fir to aur bhi achchi baat hai ki aaj meri behna bina baat ke khush hai…” is wt d reply i got from him and i still remember d sudden spark in his voice wen he found dat i was :-)ing n glad today…Aur pyarey bhaiya ye padh kar aap kitne khush huae vo to i already know while i hv d keyboard wid me. 🙂 another one 4 u.


Wondering how am i bina baat ke khush…Well, dats coz i have shed lots of weight of gloom yday…dat automatically makes me feel better n ofcourse happier..Afterall things dont get better by worrying about dem, rite?I dont knw how long will dis realisation sustain itself, or it’ll be camoflaged in d grays of glooom,as i call dem.But being d way i am 2day,bina baat ke khush…is something dats happened after a long time and i want to live it fully and actually put dis in an infinite loop which has no difficuilt enrty criterion bt one which i,as akanksha cn always fulfill…


Being happy, i noticed many things dat normally(or being sad…or even blank) i wouldnt have noticed…One of dem is d sudden khushi dat i gave my loving brother.I never would have helped mom wid any household chores in a bad mood, bt i did dat 2day, only coz inside, i ws happy.I wouldnt have enjoyed my fav ‘Dal Makhni’ as much as i did today, if i were sad.And ofcourse, shopping too seems dull if i m in low spirits….bt not 2day.Its kind of a memorable day for me, and an inspiring one 2. And talking to a new found friend made it bigger happiness…


Being happy, d wrold around me seems better n lively and ready to accomodate me !!! I wonder how things around me have such an immense effect dat i continuously have these ‘mood swings’ taking rounds…One sec i m happy n good….and another sec, its all gone…dunno y. Wondering abt all dis,a wierd idea knocked me…and in d happy mood i was in..it was just d rite time to execute it.


Google came to aid and i was shocked to c wt i found.Here it goes…
The brain is unchanged by life experiences. Happiness is an attainable state of mind which can be achieved by a conscious selection of thoughts.We are born with a genetically coded happiness set-point which is not entirely based on what happens to us in life.So, happiness is genetically influenced bt its not genetically fixed, and d brain’s structure can be modified through practice. If you really want to be happier than your grandparents provided for in your genes, you have to learn the kinds of things you can do, day by day, to bounce your set point up and avoid the things that bounce it down.


And heres d list of things which can produce happiness (thanks to google,again)
Getting enough sleep
Getting enough exercise
Nurturing close relationships — connection, physical touch
Maintaining an optimistic outlook – choosing positive thoughts
Keeping a gratitude journal
Forgiving others and letting go
Utilizing signature strengths (honesty, kindness, ingenuity, love of learning, etc.) in service of something larger than yourself
Acting happy by changing your physiology — Put on a happy smile!

Well, i’ve listed it all,,for u and for me ofcourse. Heres wt we can do for ourselves…and ofcourse for ppl who wanna c us happy, rite bhaiya.And its time to activate it all in life i guess.

  1. I too can’t understand this thing of God. At one point of time, hum bahut khush hote haan and next moment udas.
    The learning I got from this thing is never get depressed.
    Aur tumahara article toh mast hai. A motivating one.
    Kash mujhe bhi aisa lihkna ata !!!
    One thing I liked a lot is “Hmmmm”. Bahut achi cheez point out kari hai.
    Samajhne wale samaj gaye honge :).
    You want infinite khusi na, and you want to learn programming too, So write a program where you will get only khusi in life and when ever you encounter sadness, ignore that.

    Design for the program :

    For i = (life ka start) TILL (life ka end)
    IF (any sadness in life)
    THEN ignore
    ELSEIF happiness
    THEN (grasp (all time khushi))
    END IF

    Enjoy it !!!

  2. Well..u r 🙂 so i m very happy and to add dis article is exclusivly for me….am very very happy…. and haan….rahi infinite loop of khushi ki baat to vo Mr. Calculator(i mean Yatin to all) ne bana hi diya program…chalo chalo ab implement it 🙂
